Kelley Bulmer
Ms. Kelley Bulmer, a first-generation college graduate, holds a BA in English Communications and Literature and a BS in Secondary Education from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Before joining the BART family, Ms. Bulmer served as a Clinical Medical Assistant for over 20 years. Ms. Bulmer enjoys writing, journaling, and playing guitar with friends.
