Special Education Parent Advisory Council

The ​Special Education Parent Advisory Council​ (SEPAC) is BART’s volunteer parent and guardian organization dedicated to providing the community with information targeted to the educational development of children with special education plans. SEPAC is also a support network and sounding board for the families of those children. BART would like to welcome families to come and share ideas, thoughts, concerns, as well as ask questions they have.
