Please use this easy online form to be added to our list of potential volunteers.

There are many different opportunities to volunteer at BART. Your time and dedication send an infallible message to our students that their community is behind them and wants to help them succeed.

College Essay Review Sessions
Each fall community members sit down with BART seniors to review and help revise their essays for college applications.

Mock Interview Sessions
In preparation for the senior’s required 80hour internship, hiring and HR managers from area businesses sit down with students for a series of speedy mock interviews.

Portfolio Review Panels
8th, 11th and 12th grade students must successfully present a portfolio of their work to a panel of college representatives and community members to advance to the next grade / graduate. Panelists always report the experience to be both interesting and rewarding.

Guest Speaker
Do you have an interesting career or inspiring story? Would you like to speak at a middle or high school community meeting? Each year we welcome speakers to the school to share their stories. If our schedule and curriculum allows, we’d love to have you!

Student Mentor / Intern Host
One of BART’s graduation requirements is completion of an (unpaid) 80hour internship at an area business in the field they plan to pursue their careers in. If you own a local business and would consider hosting, please let us know.
