Dianne Cutillo, Chair
Ms. Cutillo is the proprietor of Cutillo Communications, LLC, a consulting firm. Previously, she served as a marketing, public affairs, or development executive at Cooley Dickinson and North Adams Regional Hospitals and Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. She has more than 30 years of experience as a communications professional, including as a journalist and book editor, and specializes in integrated marketing and public relations.  Ms. Cutillo lives in Adams, MA.

Jonathan Butler, Vice Chair
Mr. Butler is the President and CEO of 1Berkshire, the region’s leading business and economic development organization.  He has previously worked as the Budget and Policy Director for former State Senator Benjamin Downing and as the Town Administrator in Adams.  Mr. Butler also serves on a number of different local and regional boards and committees.  Mr. Butler resides in Adams, MA.

Maura Delaney, Secretary
Ms. Delaney Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs of Berkshire Community College.  In addition to her full-time faculty role, she has served as the English Department Chair and the Program Advisor for Liberal Arts.  She is involved in many campus committees, including Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee.  Adding to her repertoire, she is also the author of The Radio Man: The Life and Letters of James G Delaney.  Ms. Delaney resides on Pittsfield.

Jenn Kerwood, Treasurer
Mrs. Kerwood is the Vice President of Development for the Berkshire United Way. Prior to this, she was the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Berkshire Community College.  She has a strong background in development, financial management, and campaign support.  She also serves on various other boards and committees in the community. Mrs. Kerwood lives in Pittsfield, MA.

Cindy Brown
Dr. Brown is the Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.  She has over 20 years of experience in educational leadership at MCLA, Lesley University, and Tacoma Community College.  Dr. Brown lives in Pittsfield, MA.

Chris Perkins
Mr. Perkins is a retired Engineer from General Dynamics Mission Systems.  He has over 32 years of experience in the engineering field. Mr. Perkins serves on various local boards, is the parent of a BART alum and two current BART students, and lives in Pittsfield, MA.

Gina Puc
Ms. Puc is the Dean of Enrollment Management at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She has worked for over a decade as a college admissions officer, promoting access to higher education.  She also serves on other boards and committees in the community. Ms. Puc lives in North Adams, MA.

Fred Puddester 
Mr. Puddester is Vice President for Finance & Administration and Treasurer for Williams College. He has over 38 years of budget management and finance experience, including serving as Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management for the State of Maryland and senior roles with Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Puddester serves on numerous Williams College committees and lives in Williamstown, MA.

Geraldine Shen
Mrs. Shen is the Executive Director for Sand Springs Recreational Center. She has previously been Senior Development Officer for Williams College and Director of Curriculum Development at Better Chinese in Palo Alto, CA. Mrs. Shen serves on the board of the Northern Berkshire Community Coalition and lives in Williamstown, MA.

Bob Stegeman 
Mr. Stegeman has over 30 years of experience in education and has taught in private and public schools in Massachusetts and Delaware. He has served on numerous boards. Mr. Stegeman is now retired and resides in Williamstown, MA.

Charles Swabey
Mr. Swabey is the pioneer of a successful residential real estate business. He has over 20 years of project and financial management experience, including serving as the Senior Strategic Financial Analyst for the Gillette Company. Mr. Swabey lives in Clarksburg, MA.
