BART students grow more on MCAS than those at any other Berkshire County school

After School Programs

BART offers free after-school programming with transportation on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, staffed by BART faculty, community members and college volunteers.  Students can choose to join various clubs and activities or receive additional academic assistance.  The formation of clubs and activities is largely driven by student interest – and varies based on student demand.

Arts and Technology Activities

  • Instrumental lessons with professional instructors
  • Student performances, including choir, student rock-bands, plays and musicals
  • Open “exploration” time in the digital music lab, digital media lab or visual arts studio
  • Technology and engineering clubs such as LEGO Robotics and solar car racing
